Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Standard Shipping
EuroPartShop offers free ground shipping to all 48 contiguous US states. Standard ground shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited options including 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination. All shipments include tracking and, where available, photographic proof of delivery.

Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss
Delivery is considered complete — and title and risk of loss transfer to the customer — at the moment the carrier records a "Delivered" status to the address provided at checkout. Carrier delivery photos, GPS coordinates, and timestamps are retained as proof of delivery. EuroPartShop is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. EuroPartShop is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.

Non-Receipt Claims
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you believe you did not receive your package, you must notify us within 3 business days of the carrier's delivery confirmation by emailing sales@europartshop.com. We will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf. Carrier delivery photos and GPS data will be reviewed as part of that investigation.

Do not file a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us — we resolve the vast majority of non-receipt claims quickly and directly.

Signature Confirmation
For orders over $250, EuroPartShop may require adult signature upon delivery at its discretion. Customers may also request signature confirmation at checkout for any order. If a delivery attempt is missed and the package is returned to sender, reshipment fees apply.

Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and original packaging. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally at this time unless otherwise stated at checkout.
