Description

ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Electronic Valves are also included for actively dialing in your suspension performance. Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) is an electronically controlled valve that meters the flow of oil to regulate the amount of damping force that is created by the shock when compressed. This infinitely variable valve can react in less than 40ms and has the ability to make extremely precise adjustments for varying terrain. CDEV’s hydraulic circuits are also custom tailored per application to create the highest resolution and dynamic range allowable for each specific vehicle. Powered by ICON Intelligent Control and proprietary ICON mobile app, the system uses information from the onboard G-force sensor and Gyroscope to perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and adjust shock settings via the CDEV accordingly. With the shock absorbers no longer directly wired to the Raptor's ECU the IIC/CDEV system allows drivers to dial in their preferred shock damping settings independently from the selected vehicle drive mode and with more refined resolution than afforded by the factory system. This allows for a more customized vehicle set up with the perfect blend of comfort and performance.

  • Recirculating Dual Hose Reservoir (Patent Pending) keeps shock temperatures low by pumping heat to the reservoir for increased dissipation
  • Bypass valves feature easy-to-adjust detented adjustment knobs in quarter turn increments for quick adjustability without the use of tools
  • High flow CNC machined welded bypass blocks designed to increase fluid flow for enhanced performance & high definition tuning
  • Application specific shock length designed to be paired with ICON rear coil springs provides up to 17" of rear wheel travel
  • Protective shin guard protects shaft from debris strikes to maintain smooth sealing surface and increase service intervals
  • High resolution bypass valves designed for noticeable fine tune adjustments in rebound and compression
  • Unique side-mounted upper eyelet allows for increased travel while utilizing factory mounting location
  • Direct bolt in to OEM location with bypass adjustment knobs easily accessible for tuning adjustment
  • Anti-Wobble Link (Patent Pending) keeps bypass tubes clear of wheel and tire
  • Cerakoted cylinder finish with hard anodized aluminum bypass tubes
  • Replaceable bypass tubes that can easily be replaced if damaged
  • 3.0 RXT 3-tube bypass rear shock with 3.0 remote reservoir
